At Athlete Prime, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refund requests are handled.
CONTACT US FIRST
Before returning any item, please contact us at edson_leopoldino@yahoo.com.br. Include your full name, order number, email address used at checkout, reason for the return or refund request, and photos of the item if it is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item should generally be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging where possible, and returned with any accessories, labels or included parts. Return eligibility may depend on the product type, product condition, timing of the request and order details.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For eligible online purchases, customers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the item. After notifying us of your cancellation request, you may have a further 14 days to return the item. Returned items should be unused and in a condition suitable for resale, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at edson_leopoldino@yahoo.com.br. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the product and photos of the packaging if relevant. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items may not be eligible for return or refund depending on their condition or nature. This may include items that have been used, items not in their original condition, items damaged after delivery due to misuse, items returned without required information, certain hygiene-related or personal-use products where applicable, and items not returned within the applicable return period. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and the details of your order. If you would like to request an exchange, contact us at edson_leopoldino@yahoo.com.br. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund where appropriate.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping instructions will be provided after you contact us. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or checkout service.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs may not always be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty or incorrect item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched or fulfilled, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
